The saga continues: This "Company" has been jerking my chain since June 2005. These prevaricators and scoundrels still owe me for my wages I EARNED at that hellhole hospital in Waterbury CT. I drove almost 1,300 miles to the little purgatory and haven't been paid for my mileage either!

 

I have been corresponding via email with JOHN RAAB at this firm. Yes he agrees they owe me the money, I sent in the time sheets per policy, I returned the name badge in question via US Mail (I have a copy of the letter that went with it, by the way this hospital continues to refuse to give me the RN number of the nurse that tried to get me to sign for Narcotics that I never witnessed), the hospital has paid this bunch of miscreants, they have my home address, home phone, and cell phone number. My contract is CLEARLY written that in the event of breech of contract by the hospital, nurse is not liable to the company for their alleged expenses. If you have the time, read some of the emails. Hell, they can't even lie good!!!

 

We have a new character in the rogue’s gallery:  JIM KINKAID is the quote, Owner of this "Agency"! He called me yesterday about the web site. He said he would pay me via FED EX if I took the web site down. He stated that he would call me with the FED EX tracking number by 5pm yesterday. He did not do this (I was sitting at my kitchen table with my family eating at this time).  Today I get more lies from this JOHN RAAB scumbag.

 

As a veteran traveler I should have been smarter than to deal with a company like this. I had to obtain my own urine drug screen (they never paid the hospital so I got stuck with it). They said that it was too expensive and difficult to obtain a criminal background check so I had an old one from 1999 that they used. By the way, they wanted to recruit a friend of mine so I had to get her background check myself, and of course I have never been reimbursed. In one of his emails he states my references were bad. They are supposed to check references before they send you somewhere. By the way, all of my references are valid. Just ask the 8 other companies that I deal with.

 

I can go on and on but it is pointless. All I can tell you is to RUN RUN RUN from this firm. Use a good company like On Assignment, Professional Placement Resources, and I have recently had very good luck with All About Staffing. Here I thought Cross Country was a bunch of jerks, at least they pay you.
