Thank you for the information Paul.  I forwarded your request to Jim Kincaid.  He is the one that sent the fedex to you.  Have a wonderful Day.

John,

If you were not giving me bogus information, then why won't you provide me with the tracking number so I can find out what happened to the check that SUPPOSEDLY was delivered by Fed Ex last Friday? Certainly a company would keep these kinds of records/receipts!

As stated previously, I have involved the Fair Wage and Labor. We will let them look at this. By the way, a former employee of your firm stated that this was common practice for your firm. I wonder what the fraud statute is in your state.

Well, see you on the web.

I did not give you any bogus promises.  I told you exactly what I did.

John,

Well, I just got off the phone with Fair Wage and Labor in Cincinnati. I spoke with Dick Repasky, very informative individual. He tells me that I should notify Waterbury Hospital that I still have not been paid for hours worked and under "Joint Employment Relationship" I can have the Fed take action against them also. Here I thought I could only get minimum wage using this approach, boy was it worth the "dime" to call him.

By the way, your bogus promises will be added to the web!

Later,

John,
Don't know what address it was delivered to but it was not to my home. I was home all day Friday as well as my wife. Please provide me with the tracking number so I can contact Fed Ex and see where they delivered it too.

I have NO reason to lie about receiving this check. I have been waiting many months for my pay from your firm. So again, please provide me with the Fed Ex information so that I can ask them what address they delivered this check to. My address has been the same for over 9 years. I received a UPS just this AM from my company.

Thank you for your help

Hey John,

Sent you an email. Still have not received my check via U.S. Post Office or Fed Ex. Did not hear back from you regarding a tracer.

Does make for interesting reading though.

Yes John, I received your email about my pay. When I receive my pay and the check clears the bank I will post that I was paid by your firm. We can sit and trade insults for quite a while. We won't talk about the hospital that your firm contracted for the urine drug screen that was never paid. All of my reference letters are true and correct signed by those who wrote them. Your firm supposedly verified them. You can say I was fired by the hospital, I really don't care what you or that hospital says. Almost every company I have spoken with has that opening in Waterbury. And continues to have that opening because people won't go there. To say that I have never had to leave an assignment over breech of contract would be a lie. And your company was aware of this. However, most companies take this in stride and attempt to place the nurse at another hospital. Using this method keeps the nurse working and the company making money. That is a win win for everyone. In my five years plus of traveling I have never had anyone not pay me for hours worked.

To my count there are over two hundred travel companies. It is very easy to pick up the phone and go to work for another company and make them money. Well, to give you any more of my dumb country logic is a waste of both of our time. Again, when pay is reconciled, I will amend the web site.

Good luck and good fortune,

I have contacted my payroll and invoicing company.  We received a check yesterday from Waterbury Hospital.  You will receive your check next thursday when we run our normal payroll.

Hey John

Haven't heard a word from your firm regarding my pay for Waterbury CT.
Since your firm apparently decided not to pay as you stated in your email to me I thought I should post a web page (AbsoulteNursingSux.com) to tell others about our situation. We have had over 130 hits on this web page.

I have to ask, was it worth it to cheat me out of my pay???

I have corresponded with the hospital and they state that you have been paid.

Good luck

Paul,

This is John Raab. I've spoken to you many times. First I want to let you know that you will be paid for the hours you worked. There are two things that need to be completed first until that happens. First: You need to send the badge back to Barbara at the hospital. Second: Since you were fired from the assignment, regardless of the reason, as soon as the hospital pays the invoice that was sent out to them, you will receive your money. If you have any further questions please email me back.
